耶穌在印度 (Jesus In India, Chinese Translation)

耶稣在印度 is the Chinese translation of Jesus in India, a treatise originally written in Urdu by Hazrat Mirza Ghulam Ahmad (as), the Promised Messiah and Imam Mahdi and founder of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community (1835–1908). The book sets out the thesis that Jesus (as) survived death on the cross and travelled east to India in search of the lost tribes of Israel.

Drawing on Christian and Muslim scriptures, Buddhist records, and works of history and ancient medicine, it traces his journey through Afghanistan, where he met the Jews who had settled there after deliverance from the captivity of Nebuchadnezzar, to Kashmir, where other tribes of Israel had settled. There he lived out his days and died, and his tomb can be seen in Srinagar.
